Terrorism Warfare
1.No direct advertising of other games or websites. This includes Personal Messages, Chat, Newspaper advertisements, the Forums, your profile, gang profiles or anywhere else on Terrorism Warfare. The use of advertising banners is strictly prohibited anywhere.
Consequences: Permanent Ban, (IP Banned)
2.
No kind of auto refreshers, macros, afk trainers are allowed on Terrorism Warfare. Please adhere to this rule otherwise excessive captchas may need to be added.
Consequences: Permanent Ban (getting unbanned from this is near to impossible)
3.
No multi-accounting; you are only allowed one account per person. If more than one person is sharing the same computer, please inform the staff. Getting an account re-instated is not viable. It is your responsibility for whoever uses your network and the location you chose to connect from.
Consequences: Permanent Mass Ban
4.
You cannot enter any other accounts, even if requested by the account holder's permission. If anyone asks you to do it, please report it.
Consequences: Your account will receive 10 day ban and the other personals account will be forfeit.
5.
Accounts on same location (IP) cannot interact in any way, exception made to personal message, chat and forum, so players cannot:
- - Send money, points or items between those accounts;
- - Join same squad;
- - Exchange anything on market, 50/50 or any other location;
- - Using middle man player to exchange
Consequences: All accounts banned including the middle man
6.
Profile images with nudity, profanity, or otherwise offensive images are not allowed.
Consequences:
- - 1st offense - Warning
- - 2nd offense - 3 days
- - 3rd offense - 7 days
- - 4th offense - Permanent ban
7.
Do not spam the staff's mailbox, if you have a problem, message one of us once. They will deal with your problem in a timely manner, but do not mail them repeatedly, or mail multiple staff members.
Consequences: Mail bans may be issued at the discretion of the staff member.
8.
Do not harass other players, use common sense on this one, if you don't know when you're crossing the line from fantasy into harassment, assume that you are harassing the other player. Squad related attacks and War attacks are allowed but any in game vulgar provocation will not be tolerated and at the discretion of the staff could be grounds for firm punishment.
Consequences: Mail bans, Time out periods and restrictions to be determined upon the merit of the offence by the staff member presiding.
9.
Children play this game, so keep it PG-13. Mild swearing will be permitted, but F-bombing, sexual vulgarities or excessive swearing and any racist remarks will result in jail time. It is still considered swearing if the word is starred out or letters are re-arranged. So keep it clean!
Consequences:
- - 1st offense - Warning
- - 2nd offense - 3 days
- - 3rd offense - 7 days
- - 4th offense - Permanent ban
10.
You may not sell accounts or in-game forms of virtual property. You cannot give your account to other player without previous authorization. In order to get authorization you should email Dutycalladmin@gmail.com, they will make the account transfer if it's authorized.
Consequences: Account becomes forfeit and will be deleted.
11.
Impersonating another player is prohibited and will be enforced strictly.
Consequences: Account deletion.
12.
No flooding/Spamming anywhere (it means continually filling the screen with repetitive text, whether it be advertising or plainly abusing three or more lines of chat causing a disruptive flow of unnecessary material.) Massive use of caps can also be considered as spamming.
Consequences: Warnings, and then you will have the feature used removed from your personal use. Severe cases will receive instant bans.
13.
Scamming is forbidden on other players and gangs, in-game or through an external tool (website, instant messaging...) as long as it is related to the game and can affect it in any way. Use the in-game markets to protect yourself from scamming. All scammers that are reported and proven to have scam will be banned. Terrorism Warfare is not responsible for recovering your lost money, points, or items, but may intervene at the discretion of an administrator.
14.
Terrorism Warfare reserves the right to ban, terminate or modify a member's accounts for any reason without prior notification. Donations are non refundable as mentioned in the donation pages.
15.
Under no circumstances does purchasing a package from our donator area make you above the rules. We appreciate all of the donations and purchases; however, we wish to create a fair environment to play in and will take action where it is needed.
16.
Exploitation of any bugs or holes in game mechanics will not be tolerated. We will use our discretion as to what we feel is cheating and we will take immediate action against the accounts we feel are violating the rules.
17.
You are responsible for whatever happens on your account; don't give out your password to anyone. Anything lost due to your negligence will not be returned by game staff.
18.
Respect all members of staff; they are here to help you and the game. Always respect staff decisions. If a member of staff is bothering you for any unfair or just plain, weird reason, mail Dutycalladmin@gmail.com
19.
Any player deemed to be cheating or bringing the game into ill repute will be permanently banned or deleted.
20.
Have common sense when playing the game. Have fun and let others have fun as well, it is a game after all.
